Bicycle Gas Frame with 2.4L Fuel Tank and 26 Suspension Fork

The Gas Frame has a 2.4L requirement on the seatpost, which is 27.2mm. Buyers need to know how to fasten the motor on the pedestal mount of the gas frame to prevent cracks from vibration, which may cause a crack in the frame.

The Bicycle gas frame is built-in with a 2.4L gas tank and is designed for 2-cycle engines 48cc/66cc/80cc with 40 to 50mm wide front mount stud spacing. The Bottom bracket has an inner diameter of 51.5mm and an outer diameter of 60mm. The required seat post diameter is 27.2mm, and the seat post clamp diameter is 31.8mm.

The triple tree suspension fork is compatible with the gas tank frames. The 26" front fork has suspension with double shoulder, a disc brake bracket, and a U caliper bracket, and is compatible with 26"*2.325 inch tires maximum. The Headset requirement is 1 1/8'' and works well with the fork.

The Outside Diameter of the Up Tube is 2.89cm/1.138inch, and the lower leg is 38.1mm/1.5 inch. The Suspension forks do not work well with the Bicycle handle bar, which fits well on the out leg diameter of 3.15cm to 3.18cm (1.24inch to 1.25inch) of the triple tree fork.

The Frame is made especially heavy-duty for gas engine applications and is available with a 135mm rear frame width for either single-speed or multi-speed bikes. The 38mm diameter downtube has a 70-degree angle V frame.

The 26" front fork includes suspension with double shoulder, compatible with the gas tank frames. The Headset is 1 1/8'' and works well with the fork and frame.
