The new cylinder body is designed with several key features. The inside wall of the cylinder is electroplated. The intake manifold stud spacing is 40mm. Cylinder body gaskets are not included with this product. The design includes modifications to the outlet to the muffler and the air intake to the manifold intake.

The package includes 1 piece of an 80cc black cylinder body and 1 piece of an 80cc windowed piston kit. The windowed 66cc piston kit is only compatible with 80cc/66cc engine kits, not 48cc 2-stroke kits.

The piston kit features a high hole piston, which is only compatible with a long connecting rod. It will not work with a stock manifold intake - buyers must use a high-performance intake such as a G2 reed or DIO reed. Similarly, a better-performing carburetor like an RT or CNS carburetor is recommended.

This new cylinder body is designed to replace the cylinder body of 2-stroke 66cc/80cc motorized bike engine kits. It is not compatible with 48cc 2-stroke kits.

The piston set included in the kit is 47mm and comprises 1 high hole window piston, 2 piston rings (2mm thick), 1 piston pin, and 2 clips. This can be used for a new cylinder build or as replacement parts.
